I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Walmart Auto Care. I had a 4:00 PM appointment to have tires installed, and it took almost TWO HOURS to complete a service that should not have taken anywhere near that long. What makes this even more frustrating is that my first appointment was canceled by Walmart, forcing me to reschedule. After going through that inconvenience, I expected Walmart to actually honor the second appointment and provide timely service. Instead, we were left sitting there for nearly two hours. The worst part was watching employees walking around, standing around talking to each other, and even spending time on their phones while customers were waiting. It was incredibly frustrating to sit there watching this happen when our vehicle was supposed to have a scheduled appointment. If you are going to make customers schedule an appointment, then respect their time and actually have the staff prepared to perform the service at the scheduled time. An appointment should mean something. This was extremely poor customer service experience. After this, I will seriously reconsider ever having my vehicle serviced at Walmart again. Absolutely unacceptable.

Got there at before 12:00 for my appointment got checked in at 12:08 set in there waiting room until 2:30 or so watched them bring my keys in after it was done but no one said anything about it being none then I asked at my car they had no idea if what I was talking about and had no idea of what car was mine could not find the keys for the car and after they did find my keys and got me checked out I went to my car and find it was running with the doors unlocked for about 30 to 45 minutes setting in the parking lot

This is the most unorganized auto service center I have ever been to. Do not go here if you don't have to I got suckered in because, well I thought they had the tires I wanted but turned out they didn't . I already had an inspection appointment somewhere else , soo.

Absolutely the worst auto service. The operation they run is terrible. Ordered two tires because my one front tire had worn (needed an alignment) back tires were 50%, so decided to keep them and just buy the two new for the front and run them for the remainder of the summer before getting winter tires. Arrive at Walmart to have them installed and low and behold they can't put the tires on with replacing all four because the back tires were "worn" (I did NOT ask Walmart to inspect any part of my vehicle, they do not do inspections so why they were looking at other tires is beyond me other than to upsell me additional tires I don't need), fiance decided to just order the additional two tires, so FOUR brand new tires. Make a SECOND appointment with all tires showing as shipped and arrived at store. Day before my appointment what happens? They cancel my appointment, at this point I'm fuming, it's now been two weeks of waiting and being down a vehicle. My fiance goes and picks up the tires to bring to another tire shop so I can finally get my tires on but SURPRISE, they only have one of the tires I ordered and play the "I don't know what happened" game. Incredibly unprofessional, please

Extremely unprofessional. I can't say how the service was, because I never received it. I initially scheduled an appointment on a Thursday at 5:30. Around 3 PM someone called me saying the shop is closing early. Fine. Things happen. I reschedule with them for Tuesday of next week, same time. I show up, lights are off and doors are locked. I try to call someone and they tell me the shop closed early. I didn't even receive a call this time. It was said in such a casual manner to make me think they regularly close early. Saving a few dollars isn't worth the hassle.
